Who we are
Actigy BPO (“Actigy,” “we,” “us”) is a business process outsourcing provider registered at Sokolovská 136a, 186 00 Prague, Czech Republic. We operate delivery teams in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, and Ukraine. This policy explains how we handle personal data for visitors to actigy.com and for our business contacts.
When we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of delivering services, the client is the data controller and Actigy acts as a processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing terms, not this policy.
What personal data we collect
- Information you give us — your name, work email, company, role, and message when you submit the contact form or email us.
- Business-contact data — details of prospective and current client contacts gathered in the ordinary course of business.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) generated when you visit the site, used for security and to keep the site running.
The website does not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data through it.
How we use it, and our legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes — performance of a contract or legitimate interests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website — legitimate interests.
- To send business communications you request — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Cookies and analytics
actigy.com is a static site that uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve and secure pages. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will request consent first and update this policy.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — for example web hosting, email, and IT tooling — under contracts that restrict use to our instructions, and where required by law.
International transfers
Our delivery teams are in the EU (Bulgaria, Romania, Poland) and in Ukraine. Personal data stays within the EU/EEA wherever practical. Transfers to Ukraine or other non-EEA locations are protected by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. For client engagements, EU personal data can be restricted to our EU-member hubs on request.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@actigy.com. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Security
We protect personal data with the controls described on our Security page, including access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and a secure delivery model.
Children
The site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.
