Who we are
Actigy BPO (“Actigy,” “we,” “us”) is the brand used on this website for a business process outsourcing provider with a contact address at Sokolovská 136a, 186 00 Prague, Czech Republic. The legal entity name, jurisdiction, registration identifiers, and controller details are pending owner confirmation and should be requested before engagement. We operate delivery teams in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, and Ukraine. This policy explains how we handle personal data for visitors to actigy.com and for our business contacts.
When we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of delivering services, the client is the data controller and Actigy acts as a processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing terms, not this policy.
What personal data we collect
- Information you give us - your name, work email, company, role, and message when you submit the contact form or email us.
- Business-contact data - details of prospective and current client contacts gathered in the ordinary course of business.
- Technical data - standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) generated when you visit the site, used for security and to keep the site running.
- Enquiry-attribution data - the first Actigy page path in your browser-tab session, the origin of an external referring site (for example,
https://example.com/, without its page path or query), the Actigy source-page path and call-to-action label, and standard UTM campaign tags.
The website does not require an account. The contact form is for an initial business enquiry only: do not submit patient information, protected health information (PHI), passwords, credentials, payment-card data, or other sensitive or special-category data through it.
How we use it, and our legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes - performance of a contract or legitimate interests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website - legitimate interests.
- To send business communications you request - consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations - legal obligation.
Cookies, session storage, and analytics
actigy.com does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. To understand which pages and campaigns produce relevant business enquiries, the site uses first-party browser sessionStorage to remember the attribution data described above for the current browser-tab session. It does not create a visitor identifier or a cross-site profile. The stored attribution is sent to Actigy only if you submit the contact form. Browsers normally clear this storage when the tab session ends, and the form remains usable if storage is unavailable or blocked. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will request consent first where required and update this policy.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business - for example web hosting, email, IT tooling, and enquiry-notification delivery. Contact-form details are relayed to Actigy through a private Telegram notification channel; do not use the form for sensitive records. Contact us before submitting if you need current provider, processing-location, or transfer-safeguard details.
International transfers
Our delivery teams are in the EU (Bulgaria, Romania, Poland) and in Ukraine. Data locations depend on the website provider or client engagement. Contact-form data uses the enquiry-notification service described above; request current processing-location and transfer-safeguard details before submitting if they matter to your assessment. Before any client engagement involving non-EEA processing, the parties must document the applicable roles, locations, subprocessors, data categories, and lawful transfer safeguards. EU-only delivery can be evaluated during scoping; do not assume it until it is written into the engagement.
How long we keep it
We remove Actigy contact-form notifications from the private Telegram channel within 30 days unless the enquiry has moved into an access-controlled engagement or correspondence record. We keep those business records only as long as needed for their purpose, legal and accounting requirements, or dispute handling, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@actigy.com. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority - in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Security
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to enquiry channels is restricted to authorized operators. Review the Security page, then request current, scope-specific evidence for any control that matters to your assessment; this policy does not claim independent assurance or universal encryption at rest.
Children
The site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.
