Editorial standards

Actigy BPO publishes research and practical guides about outsourced operations. This policy explains how its teams identify sources, label client-reported results and make provider comparisons. It also explains how readers can report an error. Published guidance helps buyers compare scope and evidence; it does not replace their legal or compliance review.

Who prepares the content?

The Research Team compiles data assets, statistics and benchmarks. The Editorial Team maintains guides, service explanations and provider comparisons. Byline links point to this policy. No individual professional credential or review role is implied by a team byline.

How are figures sourced?

Data pages should identify the source, measurement period, population and method for each figure. Government statistics, regulators, industry bodies, original surveys and company filings take priority over summaries. A citation to a third-party statistic does not make it our own research.

Planning estimates must be labeled as models. Salary observations, supplier prices and the full cost of an outsourced service are different measures. We do not combine figures with different definitions into a claimed saving. Missing evidence is a reason to qualify or leave out a claim, not to supply an estimate without a source.

How are client results labeled?

Results from anonymized engagements carry the label (Actigy BPO-reported).

Results come from anonymized client engagements, are reported by Actigy BPO and are not independently audited. Results depend on scope.

A case result applies to the process, client and measurement described. It is not a standard service level, a certification or a promise that another client will achieve the same result.

How are provider comparisons produced?

Actigy BPO publishes some comparisons that include its own services. Those pages disclose that commercial interest and state their criteria. A rank is an editorial judgment for the scope described, not an independent award or proof of universal superiority.

We compare the delivery model, service scope, buyer fit, controls and publicly available evidence. Buyers should ask each provider for current references and test the same work in an RFP and pilot. Vendor names and trademarks identify the organizations discussed; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

What do update dates mean?

A page's update date changes when its main content changes. A build, a navigation adjustment or a metadata-only edit does not make the underlying research newer. Publication dates and historical measurement periods stay separate from editorial updates.

How can you report a correction?

Email hello@actigy.com with the page URL, the passage and a source supporting the correction. Do not include patient information, financial records or other confidential data. Corrections are assessed against the source and scope; no response deadline is promised.

If you send a correction, review the privacy notice for how inquiry information is handled. Website terms apply separately from this editorial policy.
