Scope — the Site, not the services
These terms cover your use of this website only. Actigy BPO services (managed teams, staff augmentation, and related work) are provided under a separate written services agreement between Actigy and the client. Where those agreements conflict with these terms, the signed services agreement governs the services.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, guides, templates, and tools — are owned by Actigy BPO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to view and, where offered, download resources for your own internal business use. “Actigy” and the Actigy logo are trademarks of Actigy BPO.
Resources are informational, not advice
Our guides, calculators, glossary, RFP template, and statistics are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or compliance advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice specific to your situation.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
