US trucking and freight / Managed BPO
Outsourced truck dispatch support for US carriers
Actigy BPO prepares load options for a US motor carrier’s identified trucks. We check equipment, empty miles and pickup windows, then update the dispatch board after your dispatcher chooses a load. Your carrier agrees the rate, accepts the freight and assigns the driver.
Agree the scope, access and reviewer before a paid pilot.

Which reloads are feasible for a specific truck?
Give the desk a truck's expected empty location and time, trailer type, preferred lanes, deadhead limit and pickup constraints. The team reviews your tender inbox or permitted load board and returns a short list to your dispatcher.
- For each candidate, record the posted rate, loaded miles, estimated deadhead, equipment, pickup and delivery windows, stop count and any missing terms.
- Separate a posted option from an accepted load. Your dispatcher checks feasibility with the driver and accepts or declines.
- After acceptance, compare the carrier-approved rate confirmation with the dispatch record. Flag changes to pickup numbers, receiver hours or stop sequence before sending the trip details.
Worked example
How do you handle a reload that looks profitable but misses the pickup?
A dry van is expected empty in Columbus at 2 p.m. Eastern. A possible reload has a 2:30 p.m. cutoff at a facility 45 miles away. The desk flags the timing conflict and asks the fleet dispatcher to confirm release time or consider another load. The option stays unbooked until your dispatcher decides.

Who accepts loads and agrees rates?
Actigy BPO works under written instructions for the named carrier and truck. We return available options with the details your dispatcher needs. Your authorized staff negotiate rates, accept loads, assign drivers and decide exceptions. The desk does not accept freight for later allocation among carriers, solicit freight from shippers or handle freight payments.

How do you judge the quality of a load shortlist?
Start with one equipment type and one dispatch shift. Give the team your lane and deadhead limits, pickup cutoffs and approved system access. Have your dispatcher record why an option was usable or rejected. That separates slow sourcing from a bad fit on timing, price or equipment.
- Track candidate loads returned before the carrier’s decision cutoff.
- Record options rejected for equipment, timing, deadhead or missing terms.
- Compare dispatch-board entries against accepted rate confirmations and log corrections.
Before the first live queue
Bring the inputs that shape your scope
The proposal should identify what can be assigned, who can decide, and how you will accept the work. Start with one representative queue; agree any expansion after reviewing the pilot.
Define the workload
Named carrier, equipment, lanes and truck-release constraints.
Agree the controls
Dispatch instructions, permitted tools and decision contact.
Review the right measures
Usable shortlist rate, missed constraints and dispatcher corrections.
Before you decide
Buyer questions
Clarify the work, access and approval boundaries before assigning a team.
Can a carrier use remote dispatch support without delegating load acceptance?
Yes. Actigy BPO can assemble options and follow the named carrier’s instructions for its own trucks. The carrier chooses the load, controls driver assignment and authorizes any communication that commits it.
Can you search our load board for a specific truck?
Yes, when your account permits delegated access and your dispatcher supplies the truck, equipment and lane rules. We present options for your review. We do not guarantee available freight, rates or revenue per truck.
Can you work inside our current dispatch system?
Share the TMS, load board and approved communication channels during scoping. We agree account permissions and the fields your dispatch board needs before work starts.
Can we use the desk for evenings or weekends?
Share the operating time zone, shift boundaries, active truck count and decision-maker on call. A proposal can cover a defined shift with a handoff to your own dispatcher.
How is dispatch support priced?
Fleet size, active trucks per shift, search volume, equipment mix and exception workload determine the scope. We can price a defined pilot with your expected volume and hours. Your carrier retains all commercial commitments.
